
Canon reinforces its cinematic offering with the EOS C300 Mark III and expands the recording capabilities of the EOS R5 Bas ndose en la EOS C300 Mark II, lanzada en 2015, la EOS C300 Mark III est equipada con el nuevo sensor DGO, que mejora los resultados HDR superando los 16 pasos de rango din mico.
Canon lanza al mercado dos novedades dirigidas a la producci n audiovisual: la nueva c mara EOS C300 Mark III, con un nuevo sensor CMOS DGO (Dual Gain Output) S per 35 mm 4K, y el objetivo zoom CN10X25 IAS S, un cine-servo 8K, con un zoom 10x (25 mm 250 mm), una gama focal excepcionalmente amplia y la posibilidad de llegar hasta los 375 mm si se utiliza el multiplicador ptico 1,5x incorporado.
Bas ndose en la EOS C300 Mark II, lanzada en 2015, la EOS C300 Mark III est equipada con el nuevo sensor DGO, que mejora los resultados HDR superando los 16 pasos de rango din mico, un dise o configurable (similar al de la EOS C500 Mark II lanzada el a o pasado), as como la capacidad de grabar hasta 120 fps en 4K en Cinema RAW Light o XF-AVC , la c mara es adecuada para distintos tipos de producciones desde documentales a anuncios televisivos, as como v deos corporativos y series dram ticas.
Sensor DGO La primera c mara de Canon en incorporar un sensor DGO, un sistema de imagen de nuevo desarrollo que ofrece una calidad de imagen clara y n tida con poca luz, as como unas capacidades de captaci n HDR superiores, con la EOS C300 Mark III los profesionales podr n realizar grabaciones HDR m s espectaculares que nunca.
Cada uno de los p xeles del sensor es le do con dos niveles de amplificaci n diferentes, uno alto y otro bajo, que luego se combinan para crear una imagen nica. La ampliaci n m s alta de la lectura se optimiza para captar detalles claros y n tidos en las reas m s oscuras, mientras que la amplificaci n m s baja de lectura se optimiza para captar detalles en las zonas m s luminosas. Cuando se combinan, con precisi n a nivel de p xel, los detalles y las calidades en las reas de altas luces y con poca luz de la imagen se mantienen y se mejoran, lo que permitir a los profesionales conseguir un rango din mico mucho m s alto, de hasta m s de 16 pasos.
Adem s, el sensor DGO es tambi n compatible con el enfoque autom tico Dual Pixel CMOS AF, lo que proporciona a los profesionales mayor libertad creativa.
La posibilidad de la EOS C300 Mark III de grabar en varios formatos permite eficiencia en el flujo de trabajo, capaz de cumplir con los diversos requisitos de producci n, tanto en el cine como en broadcast. La capacidad de la c mara para grabar internamente en 4K Cinema RAW Light aporta todas las ventajas de los archivos RAW en t rminos de flexibilidad en la postproducci n, pero con un tama o de archivo m s peque o, lo que reduce la carga y el coste que pueden suponer los tama os de archivos m s grandes.
Adem s, la EOS C300 Mark III puede grabar internamente en los formatos Canon XF-AVC a 4K DCI and UHD a 4:2:2 a 10 bits, as como 2K y Full HD. Para filmaciones no RAW en XF-AVC, los profesionales podr n seleccionar ALL-I o Long GOP para grabar con alta compresi n, para un flujo de trabajo eficiente y tiempos de grabaci n m s largos. Cuando se graba a 2K o Full HD en S per 35 mm, las im genes se benefician plenamente de las capacidades del sensor 4K. Esta grabaci n se reduce internamente para grabar a la resoluci n seleccionada por el usuario, ofreciendo una mayor calidad de imagen y un ngulo de visi n sin l mites del objetivo seleccionado, gracias a que el sensor no se recorta.
Los profesionales podr n configurar la c mara utilizando dos unidades de expansi n (EU-V1 y EU-V2) diferentes. Ambas a aden terminales de conexi n extra al cuerpo de la c mara y ampl an su compatibilidad con diferentes estilos de grabaci n. Adem s, la montura del objetivo se puede cambiar entre EF, PL y EF Cinema Lock, sin necesidad de enviar la c mara a un Servicio Oficial Autorizado, una gran ventaja para los profesionales que deseen crear producciones con diferentes apariencias.
Nuevas especificaciones EOS R5 Canon tambi n ha anunciado nuevas especificaciones de la Canon EOS R5, una c mara full frame que se encuentra actualmente en fase de desarrollo basada en el Sistema EOS R. Dise ada para redefinir las mirrorless, la c mara permitir grabaci n interna 8K RAW a hasta 29,97 fps y su adecuaci n para los flujos de trabajo de producciones de alto nivel.
En las producciones de alto nivel, como anuncios para la televisi n, series dram ticas o documentales, la EOS R5 es la compa era ideal para la nueva EOS C300 Mark III de Canon, nueva c mara modular de pr xima generaci n del Sistema EOS Cinema. Esta nueva propuesta resulta una segunda c mara ideal de apoyo a la filmaci n que ofrece.
