WHAT TO EXPECTING ON NATIONAL GEOGRAPHIC THIS JUNE

Lawless Island season six. Mondays at 19:00 from 26 June. On a remote Alaskan Island, 65 people have left normal society behind to choose an off-the-grid, isolated lifestyle. The stakes are high, the land is rugged, and the weather is unforgiving. With no roads or government, Port Protection needs the community to survive.

Hitler: The Lost Tapes Of The Third Reich. Tuesdays at 19:00 from 13 June. The show is an examination of the life and times of Adolf Hitler, one of the most reviled figured in modern history. This series follows the full arc of his dramatic ascent, tyrannical reign, murderous criminality and ultimate undoing.

Europe From Above season five. Wednesdays at 21:00 from 14 June. This series of spectacular aerial journeys reveal Europe's most remarkable regions as they've never been seen before.

To Catch A Smuggler season five. Thursdays at 19:00 from 22 June. 124 million people enter the U.S. through our nation's airports each year. It's a nonstop human tidal wave and hidden amongst them are an endless stream of contraband and ill intentions.

WHAT TO EXPECT ON NATIONAL GEOGRAPHIC WILD THIS JUNE

World Oceans Month. Sundays at 18:00 throughout the month. Oceans cover over 70% of the planet. The sea is our life source, supporting humanity's sustenance and that of every other organism on earth. National Geographic Wild will dedicate one week to programming exploring the oceans and marine fauna.

Extraordinary Birder. Wednesdays at 18:00 from 21 June. Life-long birder Christian Cooper takes us on a journey to dive into and discover the wild, wonderful and unpredictable world of birds around the US.

Wild Alaska. Fridays at 18:00 throughout the month. The wildlife of Alaska is both diverse and abundant. The Alaskan Peninsula provides an important habitat for fish, mammals, reptiles, and birds.

Nkashi, Race For The Okavango. Saturday 24 June 2023 at 18:00 Nkashi: Race for the Okavango tells the story of three mokoro (traditional dugout canoe) polers in Botswana's Okavango Delta. As they prepare for the annual Nkashi Classic - a time-trial race, founded in 2018 by the Botswana Wild Bird Trust (BWBT), that attracts the fastest mokoro polers in the Delta - they also contend with grief, the local impacts of climate change, and the urgency of preserving the tradition of the mokoro and nkashi for the next generation.
