Weather forecast and UV index for all provinces Gauteng: Partly cloudy and warm with scattered afternoon showers and thundershowers.

UVB sunburn index: High.

Mpumalanga: Cloudy in the east with drizzle and morning fog patches along the escarpment, otherwise partly cloudy and cool with isolated showers and thundershowers but scattered in the north-western Highveld.

Limpopo: Cloudy in the east with drizzle and fog along the escarpment, otherwise partly cloudy and cool to warm with isolated showers and thundershowers but scattered in the south and south-west.

North-West Province: Partly cloudy and warm with scattered thundershowers.

Free State: Partly cloudy and warm with isolated afternoon thundershowers but scattered in the extreme west. It will be cool in the east.

Northern Cape: Fine and warm becoming partly cloudy in the northeast with isolated to scattered thundershowers. Cloudy to partly cloudy with morning fog along the coast where it will be cool. The wind along the coast will be light to moderate north to north-westerly.

Western Cape: Cloudy along the west and south coast with morning and evening fog for the south coast, otherwise fine and warm to hot over the Karoo area but cool over the Peninsula region. Evening isolated thundershowers are expected in the north-eastern part of the Karoo. The wind along the coast will be light to moderate northerly to north-westerly but fresh to strong easterly to north-easterly along the south coast.

UVB index: Very high.

Western half of the Eastern Cape: Cloudy with mist in places in the south otherwise partly cloudy and warm but cool in places along the coast. The wind along the coast will be moderate to fresh easterly.

Eastern half of the Eastern Cape: Cloudy with mist in places south of the escarpment at first otherwise partly cloudy and warm with isolated showers and thundershowers over the northern and eastern parts. The wind along the coast will be light to moderate northeasterly becoming fresh by afternoon.

KwaZulu-Natal: Partly cloudy with morning mist patches in places over the interior, otherwise cool but warm in places in the east. Isolated showers and thundershowers are expected. The wind along the coast will be light to moderate easterly to south-easterly, becoming moderate northeasterly in the south by evening.
