The search for a music superstar gets underway as The X Factor returns to ITV this Autumn.

The nation's most talked about entertainment show sees Sharon Osbourne, Nicole Scherzinger and Louis Walsh reunited with music mogul Simon Cowell on the judging panel. Dermot O'Leary is also back to host the 14th series which returns soon to ITV.
This series has held auditions across the UK. Once again hopefuls are tackling two audition rounds, starting with the intimate closed rooms, in which they find themselves eyeball-to-eyeball in front of the judges. Should they impress and secure three or more yeses', they re given the chance to progress to bootcamp to see if they have what it takes for international stardom. This series will also see the return of the Six Chair Challenge and Judges Houses culminating in the live shows which will air later this year on the channel.
The X Factor has spawned numerous worldwide music artists, who together have sold more more than 250 million records worldwide and securing more than 200 No.1s. The show's alumni include One Direction, Olly Murs, Leona Lewis, JLS, Little Mix, Fleur East and last years winner, Matt Terry.
