Kuala Lumpur, 7 August 2018 - Say Hello (CH110) to the new entertainment channel available in HD to all viewers on Astro and NJOI Prepaid including Astro GO and NJOI Now, at no extra cost. Available from 7 August 2018, Hello (CH110) will offer something for everyone in the family - predominantly international content like English series, cartoons and variety shows, popular Korean dramas, regional and European movies and selected locally produced shows and news updates.
Fans of English series can keep up with con artist Letty Raines on Good Behaviour; enjoy baffling tricks by Michael Carbonaro in The Carbonaro Effect and watch virologist Dr. Rachel Scott as she attempts to develop a vaccine to save humanity from extinction on The Last Ship. Korean drama enthusiasts will enjoy their favourite oppa', Nam Joo-hyuk, in popular Korean drama series Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok-joo, and keep up with Louis and his shopping tendencies in Shopaholic Louis.
On the kids' front, pre-schoolers can enjoy edutainment such as Cam & Leon animation and Didi & Friends. There are also cartoons like We Bare Bears, Ben10 and Adventure Time. Movie buffs can look forward to regional and international content such as South-Korean productions, 200 Pounds Beauty and Seducing Mr. Perfect; and European productions such as Forever Hockey (Pour toujours, les Canadiens!). Customers can also stay up-to-date with current events on Astro Awani.
The channel will broadcast an impressive curation of premium international content from Warner TV, Oh!K, Cartoon Network, TruTV, tvN Movies, A-List and; locally produced branded content from Ceria, TVIQ, and Gempak; news updates from Astro Awani; and, home shopping via Go Shop.
Customers can explore Hello (CH110) titles on Astro TV, NJOI Prepaid, and online and mobile applications, Astro GO and NJOI Now, which can be downloaded for free via the Google Play Store or Apple Store.
