ATTO Technology Named a Certified Dell Technology Partner Certifies Celerity Fibre Channel Host Bus Adapters and FastFrame 10GbE Network Interface Cards with PowerEdge Servers Amherst, NY (April 4, 2014) - ATTO Technology, Inc.,a global leader of storage and network connectivity and infrastructure solutions for data-intensive computing environments for over 25 years, today announced that it has become a certified partner in Dells Technology Partner Program.
As part of the program, ATTO has certified its Celerity Gen 5 powered Host Bus Adapters (HBAs) and FastFrame 10GbE Network Interface Cards (NICs) to run with Dell PowerEdge servers. ATTO also recently certified its ExpressSAS R680 Raid Adapters with the Dell PowerVault MD3060e to provide excellent solutions for growing business demands in enterprise environments.
The Dell PowerEdge servers are engineered with a combination of features and performance scalability to handle tough workloads for both large and small data environments. This coupled with ATTOs high performance and latency management, provides the perfect solutions to keep pace with growing business demands in workgroup, departmental and enterprise-level infrastructures.

ATTOs 16Gb Gen 5 powered line of Fibre Channel products provide the ideal end-to-end solution for managing data-intensive, high-transaction rate applications. Celerity Fibre Channel HBAs are designed to cover the full performance spectrum from enterprise to workgroup, and server to workstation environments. This highly integrated family of adapters is engineered to optimize data transfer using a combination of features that enhance the data delivery process and is fully scalable. ATTOs Celerity Gen 5 Powered 16Gb Fibre Channel quad-channel HBAs, the first of its kind in the market, address the needs of Linux and Windows platforms in high performance computing, virtualization and other high IOP environments typically found in enterprise data centers. ATTOs exclusive Advanced Data Streaming (ADS ) provides extremely low latency and high bandwidth transfers for data intensive applications, while MultiPath Director enables direct access to high-availability, high performance, enterprise class storage for shared workflows.
FastFrame 10GbE NICs comprise a versatile, straight forward portfolio for flexible design and can be used anywhere in your infrastructure, including workstations, servers and data center racked servers with Mac, Windows and Linux (server & workstation) operating systems. The flexibility of the FastFrame product line extends architecture options as they are available in both optical and 10GBASE-T configurations.
In addition, both ATTO and Dell have been instrumental in the implementation of the Adobe Anywhere solution. With Adobe Anywheres collaborative workflow platform, editors, visual effects artists and other video professionals can use local or remote networks to simultaneously access, stream and edit remotely stored files. ATTOs exclusive ADS technology manages latency in the most demanding real-time environments, resulting in accelerated application performance and enhanced overall throughput.
