About the beginning of broadcasting 05.01.2015

RUE Belarusian Broadcasting Center has informed that from 18 p.m. on December 31, 2014 it has started the broadcasting of commercial digital program package in the DVB - T2 standard from the following radio and television transmitting stations (RTTS / ARTTS): Zaprudye (Gorkovsky district of Mogilev region) at a frequency of 56 TSE with the calculated radius of coverage area 26 km (basic package "Standard TV"); Osipovichi (Osipovichsky district of Mogilev region) at a frequency of 38 TSE with the calculated radius of coverage area 35 km (additional thematic packages "Standard TV"); Slavgorod (Slavgorodsky district of Mogilev region) at a frequency of 31 TSE with the calculated radius of coverage area 28 km (additional thematic packages "Standard TV"); Sledyuki (Bycha district of Mogilev region) at a frequency of 56 TSE with the calculated radius of coverage area 30 km (basic package "Standard TV"). Broadcasting makes 20 hours a day (from 6 a.m. to 2 a.m.) .

The same day the broadcasting of commercial packages of digital television transmitters of DVB-T2 standard in the start-fixing mode began on the following automated radio and television transmitting stations:

- In the village Vornovka (Korma district of Gomel region) -59 and 39 TSE respectively with a capacity of 1.0 kW (basic and additional thematic packages "Standard TV");

- Volosovichi (Oktyabr district of Gomel region) - 31 TSE with a capacity of 1.0 kW (additional thematic packages "Standard TV");

- Mozyr (Mozyr district of Gomel region) - 31 TSE with a capacity of 0.3 kW (additional thematic packages "Standard TV").

The calculated coverage area will be: 26 km (Vornovka), 25 km (Volosovichi) and 18.6 km (Mozyr) respectively.

At the same time transmitters operating in the start-fixing mode and broadcasting the programs of additional thematic packages "Standard TV" at RTTS Drogichin (v. Sirenevka) and ARTTS Beryoza (Brest region) were empowered up to 1 kW. The calculated coverage areas will be: 36 km (Drogichin), 25 km (Beryoza) respectively.

The service of access to terrestrial digital television broadcasting will enable the connection to ZALA TV in the regions where television broadcasting was not available due to the lack of technical feasibility.

Wireless technology used for TV signal transmission will allow watching TV channels in digital quality in the most remote corners of our country.

Premiera' package the connection by the phone line (when technically possible), 45 TV channels including TV channels with the possibility to chose the time of viewing, 52 350 BYR.

Standard TV' package the reception of the signal on indoor or stationary antenna. It is perfect for rural areas, county houses. 26 TV channels, 34 050 BYR per month.
