ARRI To Sell Global Rental Business to H2 Equity Partners in Management Buyout

ARRI has announced an agreement to sell its global rental activities in Europe, the United Kingdom, and North America to H2 Equity Partners through a management buyout led by ARRI Rental's existing UK-based leadership team of Dana Harrison, Russell Allen, and Tamim Essaji. Illumination Dynamics will remain part of ARRI and is not included in the transaction. Financial terms were not disclosed. Closing is subject to customary conditions.

The standalone rental company will transition to its own brand after a customary transition period. ARRI and the rental business will continue to work together as technology partner and customer.
