Io 4K puede conectar con cualquier dispositivo Thunderbolt 2, como puede ser el nuevo Mac Pro, y ofrece un puerto adicional Thunderbolt 2 para encadenamiento en margarita de otros perif ricos como pueden ser displays de alta resoluci n y almacenamiento de alta capacidad.

AJA ha anunciado en msterdam TruZoom, que entrega flujos de trabajo de alta calidad e inter s regional (ROI) de 4K a video UltraHD. El software TruZoom y el controlador externo de joystick controlan la plataforma I/O de video profesional de AJA, Corvid Ultra. En cuanto a los populares miniconversores compactos de AJA, en este IBC acaba de presentar los nuevos V2Digital, V2Analog, HD10A-Plus y 4K2HD. Cada nuevo mini conversor ofrece nuevas prestaciones y capacidades para flujos de trabajo an logos y digitales en SD, HD, UltraHD (UHD) y 4K.
4K2HD realiza downconvert (conversi n inversa) de 4K 3G-SDI a HD-SDI y HDMI 1.4 simult neamente y es ideal para monitorizaci n HD con c maras 4K. Soporta se ales de entrada 4K (4096 2160) y UHD (3840 2160) y el 4K2HD permite salida simult nea HD-SDI y HDMI desde 4K, reducido en alta calidad a HD. Adem s, puede soportar un corte central p xel por p xel del frame 4K/UHD original para chequeos de enfoque de c mara. El 4K2HD tambi n soporta los ltimos formatos de entrada de alta tasa de frame 4K/UHD 50/60fps, a los que da salida como 25/30fps a HD. El mini conversor 4K2HD es altamente configurable por medio del software de AJA MiniConfig para Mac y PC.
V2Digital y V2Analog convierten video an logo a digital y video digital a an logo, respectivamente, soportando el componente o compuesto HD/SD-SDI e YPbrPr/RGB. Los dispositivos son configurables sobre USB por medio del software de AJA MiniConfig para Mac y PC y ofrece conversi n de alta calidad a 10-bits en un nuevo dise o compacto y de baja potencia.
El HD10A-Plus facilita la conversi n de alta calidad de HD/SD de 10-bits an logo a digital para flujos de trabajo digitales HD y SD. Con el componente integral de ancho de banda HD RGB, RGBS o entrada YPbPbr, el HD10A-Plus incluye tres salidas HD/SD-SDI, soporte en modo SD y entrada sincronizada interna o externa.
Por otro lado, AJA Video Systems ha anunciado el pr ximo lanzamiento del nuevo plug-in para Kona 3G que soportar Telestream Wirecast 5 con hasta cuatro canales de entrada HD-SDI y que tambi n representa la primera tarjeta de video que soporta entrada 4K/Ultra HD a Wirecast. AJA ha desarrollado este nuevo plug-in utilizando el SDK de Wirecast para que los socios puedan cumplir con las exigencias de los clientes que piden soporte para flujos de trabajo streaming de alt sima calidad en directo y sobre demanda.
Control room
AJA ha anunciado en IBC la versi n public beta de un nuevo software para control room. Partiendo de un esquema unificado, para ingesta, emisi n y salida con productos AJA trabajando con Mac y Windows, este sistema soporta los ltimos productos I/O de sobremesa, permitiendo captura, conversi n, playback, control y salida VTR. Este control room est ya disponible sin coste alguno para todas las tarjetas Kona, Io Express, Io XT e Io 4K que se est n comercializando actualmente.
