Hospital Galenia, the only private tertiary care hospital1 in the Mexican state of Quintana Roo opened a Four Points Hotel in their premises, and has chosen Cisco Unified Communications and Collaboration portfolio for its collaboration needs. Hospital Galenia has the Joint Commission International certification due to its operation under the highest standards in service and technology in order to fulfill the requirements of the medical tourism market;; the Four Points Hotel complements the services offered to patients and relatives. An interconnected network between the hospital and the hotel allow maintaining a trusted communication network to continue offering high quality medical care when staying at the hotel.
