Viewers of SABC 1's educational soapie Skeem Saam reckon that Mapitsi (Mogau Motlhatswi) cheated on her husband Tbose Maputla years ago and conceived Pitsi with his uncle Kwaito Maputla (Clement Maosa).

The theory began at Mapitsi and Tbose's (Clement Maosa) wedding last week where Pitsi was the ringbearer and Kwaito was the best man.

They noticed that Pitsi (Lethabo Thangoane) is a spitting image of his uncle Kwaito and are now convinced that Kwaito is his biological father and not Tbose.

KWAITO IS NOT THE FATHER This theory is false though as Kwaito lost his virginity to Lelo Mthiyane (Amanda du Pont) and Mapitsi lost her virginity to Tbose.

Mapitsi has always been head-over-heels in love with Tbose and wouldn't cheat on Tbose when she was a teenager.

Pitsi was conceived on Tbose's 17th birthday when he was still in high school.

He was conceived the same night Tbose, Katlego (Patrick Seleka), and Kwaito went to Tuks Sengaga's concert.

It is quite common for nephews and nieces to look like their uncles and aunts.

Though the odds are a little higher that you'd look more like your parents.

KWAITO IS A TRUE MAPUTLA Kwaito looks more like his biological father John Maputla (Africa Tsoai) than Leeto and Tbose.

Whilst Tbose looks more like Meikie (Harriet Manamela) than his father or his half-brother Kwaito.

We know that Leeto (Eric Macheru) is not even a Maputla as he was recently informed by his aunt Joyce (Joyce Ledwaba) who mocked his fair skin.

John also indirectly confirmed that Leeto is not his biological son when he refused to inform Leeto who's his father.
