SERVICES PLUS 18-Month Warranty
Tailor-made for EMEA customers, (excluding UK and Nordic countries), Services Plus provides a six-month Free warranty Extension on top of the twelve-month warranty provided by NewTek with all product purchased, bringing the warranty on NewTek products bought within 3D Storm resellers network to 18 months.

This warranty extension program safeguards your NewTek equipment investment for an additional year, or two, providing the reliability and convenience benefits of your original warranty.
The program includes more services such as:

The Warranty Extension is transferable.

Exclusively available to 3D Storms customers, Services Plus Gold Star Program is an advanced warranty program that will enhance the quality of services already given to customers. As the only NewTek certified test and repair centre in EMEA, 3D Storm offers even more professionalism and unrivalled services options, with manufacturers test stations, and a qualified technical team trained at NewTek University.
ELIGIBILITY
The exclusive warranty extensions of Services Plus Programs is available for NewTek TriCaster 410, 460, 860 and 8000, 3Play 425 and 4800 bought from a NewTek Specialist or Authorized Dealer with 3D Storm network, for customers living in the EEC (including Switzerland, except United Kingdom and Nordic countries).
To be eligible, products have to be within their original warranty period, and registered with a valid serial number at newtek.com and with 3D Storm.
