These industry-first agents span the entire Cleeng portfolio to offer streaming and D2C subscription businesses actionable, intelligence-rich insights that increase retention. Cleeng is the first subscriber infrastructure company to offer agents that aggregate data across web, iOS, Android, Roku, and telco platforms.
Increasing retention remains a priority for digital businesses, particularly for video streamers where subscriber churn has increased by 175% since 2019. While retention is more cost-effective than acquisition, most organizations lack the real-time, holistic intelligence needed to underpin the swift actions that prevent churn. Knowledge Agent that provides instant, contextual answers on platform features, integrations, best practices, and configurations - available 24/7, grounded in 100M+ tokens of Cleeng-specific knowledge and able to generate code as requested.
Growth Marketing Agent that acts as an always-on campaign strategist - analyzing subscriber segments, lifecycle stages, and behavioral signals to recommend and execute the most effective acquisition, upsell, retention, and win-back campaigns including messaging, channels, timing, and incentives tailored to each audience.
Further intelligence is derived from Cleeng's end-to-end subscription platform, which means no costly and time-consuming custom integrations or separate licensing agreements. They extend beyond typical chatbots because they take actions like creating offers, generating configurations, or triggering workflows. More operational efficiency results from cross-company access - developers to marketing managers can collaborate with AI agents on tasks.
