FilmLight gets closer to users in Germany

Two new resellers add to local representative to serve all markets

FilmLight, the leading colour grading and workflow specialist, has strengthened its sales channel in Germany with the appointment of two resellers. creative tools will look after the northern part of the country, with dve Digital Video & Effects GmbH responsible for the southern half.

Germany is an extremely exciting market for broadcast and post, said Sebastian Rasfeld, sales manager for FilmLight Germany. It is also a very diverse market. Hamburg, for instance, in the north, has a tremendous reputation for commercials, with Munich in the very south being a leading centre for film as well as broadcast production. There are many cities in between - including Berlin which is becoming the new creative heart of Germany with many professionals and growing businesses.
