On Sunday 29 September on M-Net and M-Net HD (DStv Channel 101) at 19h00 the Carte Blance team investigates the South African link to the Kenyan attack, probes the water crisis in Grahamstown and travels to the Costa Concordia.

Kenyan Attack

After scores died in the Westgate Mall attack in Nairobi, the Kenyan capital has once again become a terrorist target. Carte Blanche travels to Kenya to speak to survivors and investigates a South African link via the white widow , her stay in Johannesburg and her alleged links to al-Shabab.

A water crisis that is perpetually plaguing Grahamstown has residents, students and academics fed up. While some have the luxury of bottled water, others aren t so lucky, but everyone says it s time the municipality got its pumps in order.
