According to News24, Tyla joined the Under The Influence hitmaker and Rihanna's ex-boyfriend as the European leg of his tour moves to London on Tuesday 14 February, at the O2 Arena for four performances. The tour wraps up on 26 March in Paris, France.

Tyla excited' about African music scene ahhead of Chris Brown tour Ahead of joining the musician on his tour, Tyla told Rolling Stone at the recent Black Music Collective ceremony, she is excited about the African music scene.

I'm so excited for African music. I'm from South Africa, so amapiano and afrobeats are really booming right now, and I just want it to go even higher from here, enthused the songstress with the soulful voice who sings to amapiano beats.

-- Rise to international stardom Tyla, whose 2019 debut single with producer Kooldrink, Getting Late, took TikTok by storm with the popular Getting Late challenge which has garnered 9.4 million likes on the video-sharing platform.

According to a press statement by Sony Music, the music video of Getting Late, has since amassed more than 5.5 million views.

Tyla followed up the single with a collaboration with DJ Lag, titled Overdue, which was soundtracked on the popular Netflix teen series with Natasha Thahane, Blood & Water.

In May 2021, TimesLIVE reported that the singer inked a global deal with American record label Epic Records and another with Since 93 who will handle her UK releases.

In 2022, Tyla released To Last, which has reportedly tailed nearly one million cumulative streams thus far.

Chris Brown sourcing SA talent? According to Slikouronlife, the singer-songwriter has been actively supporting and co-signing various African creatives through sharing their content on his Instagram Stories .

In January this year, Chris Brown gave a shout-out to Nasty C on Instagram for the award-winning and platinum-selling South African rapper's On The Radar freestyle. The shout-out culminated in Brown co-signing Nasty C. Take a look at the South African rapper's response:
