WRAL-TV's Shrader, Holland Talk Historic Hurricane Forecast on WRAL Daily Download

NOAA (the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration) issued a forecast last Thursday predicting the busiest hurricane season ever this season. The following day, Friday, May 24, 2024, WRAL-TV Anchor/Reporter Brian Shrader put on his meteorology hat and talked with WRAL-TV Streaming News Anchor/Producer/Editor Grace Holland on the WRAL Daily Download podcast.

We talked about the remarkable (and concerning) NOAA season forecast, said Shrader.

NOAA says there is an 85 percent chance of more named storms, more hurricanes and more major hurricanes than the average.
