Beltelecom conducted corporate training seminar on the development strategy of the company 30.12.2013

Beltelecom constantly improves the interaction of the structural divisions of the company with the purposes of more efficient work. In order to inform better the senior management of the enterprise on the strategic goals of the company there was corporate training seminar on the theme: "Beltelecom - development strategy, goals and objectives" conducted. The seminar was held in early December 2013 at the Health improvement center Zagorie, the issues of the company activity were discussed, its evaluation criteria and factors involved in the development of business plans. There were also the preliminary results of the year and the ways of further development of the enterprise summed up.

The seminar was attended by the Director General and the Deputy Director General of Beltelecom, Directors of the branches, Heads of commercial services and telecommunication services, Heads of telecommunication enterprise nodes.

The seminar was opened by the speech of the Director General of RUE Beltelecom- Sergey P. Popkov.

Sergei I. Sivodedov, Deputy Director General for Technical Issues told about the priority strategic directions of technical modernization of the enterprise.

The report "Development of e-government as a condition for integration into the global information society" was made by Alexey A. Silin, head of the E-services International Center of the International Switching Center.

Vadim V. Shaybakov and Ludmila V. Cherusheva, Heads of the Development and Strategic Planning Department of Beltelecom, presented the main investment projects implemented in the framework of the modernization plan of the enterprise, as well as the technical component of the implementation of new developing services.

The first day was concluded with a speech of Tatyana V. Danshina, Deputy Director General for Economic Issues. In the report and presentation there were discussed in detail the issues of economic development, enterprise performance criteria, dynamics and structure of revenue and business income, formation of financial and economic activity, and the key challenges in the development of business plan for 2014.

With the presentation of the basic approaches to the business of the enterprise in 2014, the second day of the seminar was opened by Sergey V. Turomsha, Deputy Director General for Commercial Issues.

During the panel discussion with the participation of the Beltelecom management the participants of the corporate training seminar received answers to all their questions.

At the end Sergey P. Popkov, Director General of RUE Beltelecom and Svetlana V. Yurkevich, Deputy Director General for Personnel and Ideological Work, granted the participants certificates of training.
