The new version of Mistika Workflows enhances Connectivity, Color Management, and User Experience

The latest release of Mistika Workflows introduces additional platform integrations, new SDK's and nodes designed to significantly broaden connectivity, improve color-managed workflows, enhance metadata and media management, and elevate the overall user experience.

What are the main highlights?

New SDK's

Mistika Workflows now supports Sony RAW 5.0, ARRI RAW 8.1, and R3D RAW 8.5.

Expanded Connectivity Options

In response to user feedback and evolving industry needs, Mistika Workflows is now integrated with Google Drive and Filemail platforms, enabling seamless media sharing and collaboration.

Enhanced Color and Metadata Management

We have added numerous new features to enhance color-managed workflows, metadata and media management. Now, you can maintain precise control over out-of-gamut levels with our new ACES Gamut Compress node, adapt video signals to and from legal ranges with the Add RGB Levels node, and enjoy advanced media filtering with the Classify By Number of Tokens feature. You can now also utilize CSV files to inject metadata into universal paths and modify private data in other nodes within the same workflow.

Hard Link Node

This new feature enables the creation of hard links between files, providing a robust method for managing file relationships within workflows. To learn more about this functionality, check out this tutorial:

Improved User Experience

The latest version introduces several enhancements to the GUI. The addition of the Recent Nodes list in Finder and the Recent Files list in the File menu, the users can now quickly access their most frequently used nodes and recently accessed files. Plus, exporting a single tab as an independent .mwf file and opening .mwf files directly from File Explorer with a double click makes managing your projects easier than ever.
