EVS to Present Enriched Live Solutions at BroadcastAsia 0

(03/06/2013) EVS, the leading provider of live video production systems, will showcase advanced solutions for enriched live production at BroadcastAsia, booth #5K3-04. EVS' APAC product and technical specialist, Will Munkara-Kerr will speak at the conference on fully integrated workflows for fast-turnaround news. Asia's largest broadcast industry event takes place on 18-21 June at the Marina Bay Sands in Singapore.

On Tuesday 18 June, Munkara-Kerr will present a case study on the state-of-the-art production facility at Sky News Arabia. The presentation will examine how the 24-hour Arabic news service accelerated and optimised its newsgathering operations with a fast-turnaround production workflow, and the challenges involved in integrating the complete production environment from ingest to archive. It will further explore Sky News Arabia's strategies for effective multiplatform delivery.

Based on EVS' XT3 server, these innovations help broadcasters and content owners maximize the value of live content and make it instantly available across multiple, integrated workflows, from venues to the living room. EVS will also present new products and features across its four key markets Sports, Entertainment, News and Media.

EVS Sports will showcase the recently-launched . The new tablet-based app is a companion to the Multicam LSM controller that makes it quicker and easier to index, browse and select clips, and manage playlists. They will also highlight their lastest Epsio live graphics solutions for inserting graphic overlays in real time or instant replays.
