Notification of Transactions of Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility (PDMRs)

Deferred Bonus Plan (DBP) - 2015 Awards

The Vitec Group plc (the Company) announces that awards under the DBP have been made on 16 April 2015 following purchases of ordinary shares of 20 pence each by Directors and PDMRs. The shares were purchased at a price of £6.4922 and will be held by Capita Trustees Limited in a nominee capacity on behalf of the Directors and PDMRs for three years until vesting. There are no performance conditions or matching shares associated with these awards.
