Thanks for Making NAB 2012 a Huge Success The ToolsOnAir team wishes to extend our thanks to the many hundreds of professionals who visited our booth during NAB 2012.

We were thrilled to see that interest in our acclaimed just: Broadcast Suite continues to grow. In fact, our booth was so busy that most of us ended up missing lunch every day of the show. (That s okay....we don t mind losing a bit of weight if it means we get more opportunities to show people the cutting-edge power of our TV Station in a Mac Mini technology!) Created in cooperation with Mediasmiths and Vidispine Backbone, just:mam delivers fast and easy access to a wide range of media and metadata, all within the fast, intuitive ToolsOnAir timeline-based user interface. just:mam also offers deep integration into the upcoming release of Adobe Premiere Pro CS6 user interface through the Custom Panels SDKl, making it an ideal tool for professional video editors. just:social - Social Media Integration In cooperation with Munich-based Molden Media GmbH, ToolsOnAir has introduced just:social, the first application of its kind for integrating interactive social media into broadcast and IPTV. Based on ToolsOnAir s proven real-time graphic engine, just:social provides a comprehensive toolkit of social media integration for video broadcasters. ENPS Collaboration ToolsOnAir has partnered with Associated Press to integrate their acclaimed ENPS (Electronic News Production System) with ToolsOnAir s Broadcast Suite of production tools. Now ToolsOnAir s user base can access ENPS from within the just: Broadcast Suite, implementing the MOS (Media Object Server) open standard for integrating newsroom computer systems with broadcast production applications and equipment. Open Workflow Network Also at NAB, ToolsOnAir, Vidispine, Object Matrix and Archiware announced the formation of the Open Workflow Network, a group that has come together to address the challenge of accelerating the movement of the broadcast industry towards open, interoperable, cost-effective solutions. These O.W.N. founding companies have been succeeding by doing what larger, more entrenched manufacturers have neglected: listening to their customers, understanding their challenges, and subsequently developing IT based workflows that address those challenges - coming together to ensure that their products integrate seamlessly, providing end-to-end solutions that offer customers workflow choices not currently available.
