Simon Cowell, Amanda Holden, Alesha Dixon and David Walliams return to Britain's Got Talent

Simon Cowell, Amanda Holden, Alesha Dixon and David Walliams are returning to the Britain's Got Talent judging panel as the nation's favourite talent show is back for another action packed series. Hosts Ant & Dec are also back to guide the audience through the weird, wacky and wonderful talents auditioning.

In their hunt for the best talent around the judges will set off on tour from the 19 January, kicking off in Edinburgh at The Festival Theatre. The action then continues in Manchester at The Lowry (29-31 January), Birmingham at The Hippodrome (5-7 February) and London at The Dominion Theatre (11-15 February), as performers try to impress and avoid the dreaded buzzers. Meanwhile each judge will be choosing the act that astounds them the most to send straight through to the live semi-finals, with the return of the Golden Buzzer. The show hits screens on ITV this Spring.

I can t wait to head off to the auditions. We always find some fantastic talent - as well as the bizarre and hilarious! I have a feeling that this year, as always, we will see some extraordinary things. That s what makes it so exciting. It will be brilliant to get back with all of the gang to catch-up, have some fun and I m looking forward to getting into a lot of trouble with Alesha and making sure the boys are kept in order!

David Walliams, said:

I am delighted to be back on the panel with the three girls.

Crowned in front of a peak audience of nearly 14million last year's winners, musical theatre boy band Collabro have gone on to achieve amazing success, securing a No. 1 hit with their debut album Stars. The band will also be touring this year alongside fellow 2014 finalist Lucy Kay, who released her debut album Fantasia last year, which shot straight to the top of the Classical Album Charts.

Other success stories from last series include musical duo Bars & Melody whose single, Hopeful reached number 5 in the chart in July, and swing band Jack Pack, who are due to release their debut album this year.

The show is open to any performer of any age, from any background, with any talent - all they need is a skill and star quality which they think will impress. Anything goes - from comedians to contortionists, dancers to drag acts and acrobats to animals.

The show has created a host of stars over the years. To date Susan Boyle has sold more than 23 million records worldwide, Diversity have had five sell-out nationwide tours, Paul Potts has secured 27 platinum records worldwide and Pudsey the dog even stared in his own movie!
