G tersloh - Arvato Systems invests heavily in its partnership with Microsoft and demonstrates extensive expertise in 17 areas of competence. In addition to its existing competencies, the IT specialists comprehensive know-how in the areas of security, DevOps, application integration, communications, project and portfolio management, and cloud solutions for SMEs has been awarded the highest level of competence by Microsoft for the first time.

Arvato Systems has been part of the Microsoft partner network for 20 years and has been consistently certified as a Gold Partner since 2004. The IT specialist supports companies in the digital transformation with a broad Microsoft portfolio as a Microsoft Service Provider (MSP) and Independent Software Vendor (ISV) with industry solutions based on Microsoft technologies. The company has been a member of Microsofts exclusive Top Partner Program Fast Forward since 2019, was named an AI Inner Circle partner in 2020, and was recently appointed a member of the Microsoft Intelligent Security Association (MISA). The IT specialist also holds Advanced Specializations in the areas of SAP on Microsoft Azure and Windows Server and SQL Server Migration and is a Power Apps Advanced Partner and Microsoft Catalyst Ready Partner. Arvato Systems has now confirmed and successfully expanded this intensive Microsoft partnership with a total of 16 Gold competencies and one Silver competency.

Microsoft verifies its partners in the provision of high-quality solutions in the respective business areas according to strict criteria as part of an annual profiling process. By achieving a Gold or a Silver competency, IT service providers demonstrate broad expertise as well as comprehensive performance to Microsoft and their customers.

With more than 500 Microsoft consultants and technicians undergoing regular training and certification, as well as numerous successful reference projects, Arvato Systems has now been able to repeatedly gold-plate its implementation competencies in ten areas. In the competence fields of Security and Cloud Services for SMEs, there has been an increase from silver to gold level. In Cloud Business Applications, a silver competence was achieved for the first time. In addition, Arvato Systems was able to enter directly with gold status in four other areas.

The 17 competencies that have now been confirmed show: Arvato Systems offers extensive Microsoft expertise and is at home in the entire Microsoft Cloud, from Azure to Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Office 365. The IT specialist supports its customers with consulting, transition and customized services ranging from cloud services and networked communication solutions to security and innovative platform services in areas such as data management and artificial intelligence.
