wTVision reaches 00 election projects

(19/06/2015) Spanish broadcasters voted once again in wTVision's software for the electoral night. wTVision worked together with 4 TV channels, Canal Sur, Aragon TV, Antena 3 and 8TV, during the spanish regional and municipal elections that occurred in May 24. With these four projects, wTVision reached 100 election projects since its beginning.

For all these election projects (except Antena 3), wTVision used Elections CG, the dedicated software that imports, manages and transforms detailed data into high resolution graphics, in real-time. In these elections, the data was imported from the official provider using Elections CG Importer, except in Antena 3 where wTVision integrated data from Antena 3 existing database into VIZ Trio templates.

Concerning the graphics design, different models were applied. Canal Sur and 8TV have chosen wTVision's graphics look&feel;, packages. Making some graphic adaptations to meet each client's requests, the company showed a unique and impactful image in both channels. Aragon TV left on wTVision's hands the complete branding design of the electoral night including the opening videos, the dedicated logo and all the on-air graphics used during the live show. In Antena 3, wTVision integrated Vizrt graphics templates made by their in-house graphics service provider - Liquid Media.

During the night, several graphics were displayed, in different formats (full-screen, overlay and tickers). In Antena 3, wTVision integrated graphics on a touch screen to give a preview of all possible scenarios and results in terms of coalitions between parties and it also supported the commentators. In Aragon TV the show was taken to a different level with the usage of augmented reality graphics with a tracked crane by Stype and a tracked fixed camera.wTVision supported its customers on-site with development, creative and operational services, with around 20 experts from Spain and Portugal.

In these projects, wTVision showed once again its versatility.
