Ausbildungsbeginn bei Schaeffler Technologies AG & Co. KG in Herzogenaurach
Mit Schaeffler in einen neuen Lebensabschnitt starten
Neuanfang f r 103 Jugendliche: Sie beginnen ihre Ausbildung bei der Schaeffler Technologies AG & Co. KG in Herzogenaurach. 29 Abiturienten werden zudem zum 1. Oktober 2013 ihr Duales Studium aufnehmen. Bei dieser Kooperation von Schaeffler und der Dualen Hochschule Baden-W rttemberg (DH) erlangen die Studierenden nach drei Jahren den Bachelor-Abschluss.
Gesellschafterin Maria-Elisabeth Schaeffler begr te die neuen Auszubildenden pers nlich und hob die Perspektiven, die das Unternehmen ihnen bietet, hervor: Sie beginnen mit dem heutigen Tag Ihre Ausbildung in einem weltweit t tigen Technologieunternehmen und damit beginnt f r Sie ein neuer Lebensabschnitt, der auch f r unser Unternehmen von gro er Bedeutung ist. Wir gehen ab heute einen gemeinsamen Weg, den wir als eine Partnerschaft f r Ihren Erfolg und f r den Erfolg des Unternehmens betrachten.
Vorstandsmitglied und Arbeitsdirektor Kurt Mirlach betonte, wie wichtig gegenseitiger Respekt ist. Weiter sagte er: Wir erreichen unsere Ziele nur im Team und mit hervorragender Qualit t. Seien Sie neugierig, seien Sie begeistert und bernehmen Sie Verantwortung. Ich hoffe, dass ich Sie zur Freisprechung alle f r Ihr gutes Zeugnis loben kann und w nsche Ihnen viel Spa und Erfolg in unserem Unternehmen.
48 Jugendliche starten ihre gewerbliche Ausbildung als Werkzeug-, Industrie- und Zerspanungsmechaniker, Elektroniker, Mechatroniker, Technischer Produktdesigner und Werkstoffpr fer. 20 Auszubildende haben sich f r das duale Programm Two in One entschieden, eine Kombination aus einer Ausbildung zum Industriemechaniker bei Schaeffler und einem Maschinenbaustudium an der Georg-Simon-Ohm-Hochschule in N rnberg, die viereinhalb Jahre dauert. 29 junge Leute fangen eine kaufm nnische Ausbildung zum Industriekaufmann oder zur Fachkraft f r Lagerlogistik an, sechs lassen sich zum Technischen Produktdesigner ausbilden.
Die Auszubildenden freuen sich auf eine abwechslungsreiche Einf hrungswoche in Herzogenaurach. Gegenseitiges Kennenlernen, die Einweisung am Arbeitsplatz, der Empfang der Arbeitskleidung, Werksf hrungen und das Vorstellen wichtiger Abteilungen wie Arbeitssicherheit, Werks rztlicher Dienst, Sozialberatung, Umweltschutz und Ideenmanagement stehen in den ersten Tagen auf dem Programm. Die Auszubildenden eignen sich zudem durch verschiedene Projekte und Vortr ge Wissen ber die Schaeffler-Standorte, die dort produzierten Produkte und die vielf ltigen Prozesse im Unternehmen an. H hepunkte sind in diesem Jahr wieder die Stadtrallye und das Spiel ohne Grenzen . Bei der Stadtrallye m ssen die in Gruppen eingeteilten Azubis verschiedene Aufgaben im Zentrum von Herzogenaurach l sen. In Geschicklichkeitsspielen und sportlichen Wettk mpfen lernen sie sich beim Spiel ohne Grenzen intensiv kennen und st rken so ihr Gemeinschaftsgef hl. Auch an die Eltern der neuen Azubis ist gedacht: An einem Nachmittag der Einf hrungswoche haben sie die M glichkeit, sich ein Bild vom Arbeitsplatz und dem neuen Umfeld ihrer Kinder zu machen.
Insgesamt erwerben am Standort Herzogenaurach 498 Auszubildende, Two in One - und DH-Studenten die Qualifikationen f r ihr sp teres Berufsleben. Deutschlandweit erm glicht Schaeffler rund 1.500 Jugendlichen eine Ausbildung auf h chstem Niveau in 26 Berufen. Dabei werden zahlreiche Berufsbilder und Studienrichtungen angeboten.
