Actress, singer and presenter Denise Van Outen is the third celebrity skater confirmed to take part in Dancing on Ice 2021.

Denise appeared live on Loose Women to confirm the news today and joins the previously announced Myleene Klass and Joe-Warren Plant.

Talking to the ladies on the Loose Women panel, Denise said: Im really excited, I cant believe it and finally I get to tell people! She said her daughter Betsy will be so excited because she loves the show and we watch it every year.

She added: Hopefully Ill be able to skate because I literally cannot stand up on ice and every time Ive taken Betsy at Christmas time to a rink Ive been the one on the penguin! Denise summed up: After the year weve all had its going to be lovely and refreshing to see a bit of sparkle, a bit of glamour and see us all happy and smiling enjoying ourselves on the ice.

Returning to ITV in the new year, each week twelve celebrities will skate live with their professional partners as they try to impress both the panel and the viewers who will ultimately decide who wins the show.

Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby once again return to present the show and the expert panel of Torvill and Dean, John Barrowman and Ashley Banjo will all resume their roles as judges.
