New Partners in Europe, the Middle East and South America Help Expand RTIs Global Presence EDEN PRAIRIE, MN - February 19, 2007 - Remote Technologies Incorporated (RTI), the pioneer of control technology for residential, commercial and transportation markets, announces the appointment of three new international distribution partners in Europe, the Middle East and South America. These partnerships reflect RTI's global business strategy devised in 2006 to expand its international presence. The new distributors are as follows: Aventure LTD for the United Kingdom and Ireland; Imagine Technologies for Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates and Audiogene for Brazil.
It is an exciting and strategic move for RTI to join forces with these new international distribution partners, said Pete Baker, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for RTI. Our new international relationships are part and parcel to RTI's future growth in sales globally as well as the expansion of our reputation as a true leader in the electronic control industry.
Our international business is growing rapidly and with that our commitment to support our growing global network of professional custom installers, said Kris Haggstrom, RTI International Sales Manager. We will continue to evaluate additional territories and expect further appointments to be made in the near future.
About the New Distributors
Aventure LTD is RTI's exclusive distributor in the United Kingdom and Ireland. Based in North Yorkshire England, Aventure LTD is committed to providing custom installers throughout Great Britain with quality RTI products.
Located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, Imagine Technologies is part of the Rivoli Group, which distributes and retails lifestyle luxury goods. Imagine Technologies distributes high performance audio visual equipment and other related products.
Audiogene is based in Brazil's capital city of Sao Paulo. Dedicated to delivering superior sound, image and control products to dealers, Audiogene is posed to help broaden RTI's reputation throughout the Brazilian market.
