Hayward Gordon reunite with First Gulf over a decade after original building

First Gulf have reached agreement with Hayward Gordon to expand their office and plant space in Halton Hills, Ontario - a decade after building the original structure.

The 47,500 sf facility was built by First Gulf in 2006 and such was the success of that particular project that the manufacturer of industrial pumps and mixers had little hesitation in reaching out to First Gulf 13 years later.

First Gulf prides itself on building and maintaining relationships with clients and that is perfectly illustrated now that Hayward Gordon wishes to expand their office and warehouse by 11,000 sf to accommodate their recent growth. Construction on the building, which will remain fully operational throughout the project, will commence in the spring of 2020.
