Black Box presents its new HDMI drivers to create spectacular videowall Los modelos VPlex4 (con entrada DVI) y VPlex4000 (con HDMI y Display Port) resuelven las limitaciones de las pantallas de los videowall est ndar para la distribuci n de contenido por la red de pantallas y facilita el trabajo del t cnico para visualizar previamente los resultados. Desarrollados por Black Box para crear espectaculares videowall con una herramienta de f cil manejo para distribuir el contenido por las pantallas, el controlador Videoplex4 soporta una entrada DVI sencilla o dual link, con posibilidad de dividirla a m s de cuatro monitores, mientras que el modelo VPlex4000 cuenta HDMI y Display Port para un n mero ilimitado de pantallas.
Una de las ventajas de estos sistemas es que es posible la conexi n en cascada de varios controladores para a adir m s pantallas, y que el contenido HDCP cifrado ahora tambi n se puede visualizar.
El controlador Videoplex 4 realiza el escalado de la entrada, ya sea DVI o RGB anal gica, con resoluci n de salida m xima de 1.080p. Los cuatro monitores pueden mostrar una zona recortada de la imagen de entrada original, al tiempo que es posible mostrar cada salida de forma independiente o girada a 90, 180 270 grados para realizar configuraciones creativas de paisajes o retratos, con entrada Edid programable.
En altas resoluciones, las se ales DVI se degradan despu s de 5 metros, si bien Videoplex 4 permite conexiones de hasta 20 m. ya que dispone de un ecualizador activo, capaz de compensar las p rdidas de cable o se al incluso en resoluciones Dual-link.
Por su parte, el controlador VideoPlex 4000 permite configurar videowall de manera individual con cuatro o m s pantallas HDMI, sin restricciones en cuanto a las disposiciones o tama os de las mismas. Es posible escalar y ubicar libremente las im genes, incluidas rotaciones de hasta 270 , as como aumentar la escala de entradas y salidas con im genes sin distorsiones, lo que resulta muy adecuado para entradas de c maras en directo o contenidos animados.
VPlex4000 cuenta con una entrada principal DisplayPort 1.2 y dos HDMI 1.4 que ofrecen resoluci n 4K (4.096 2.160p) a 60ips o UHD 2.160p a 30ips, respectivamente, as como puertos Ethernet dobles. Cada monitor de salida puede tomar su entrada desde cualquier zona de la imagen de entrada, ya que todos los recortes, escalados, rotaciones y conversiones de velocidades de refresco las gestiona este controlador.
Estas reas de imagen pueden solaparse para facilitar que cualquier salida se repita, as como configurarse para admitir cualquier divisi n creativa de las entradas originales, lo que permite el soporte de muchas disposiciones de pantallas no rectangulares, incluso con separaciones no uniformes, as como cualquier combinaci n de orientaciones de monitores.
Por ejemplo, la reducci n de escala de alta calidad permite el visionado de una fuente de v deo 4K en una sola salida, mientras que se pueden recortar y aumentar de escala otras salidas para crear un lienzo de varias pantallas casi ilimitado.
