Catch local Tamil drama fantasy series Project Karma premiering 31 July on Astro Vinmeen (Ch 202)

Astro customers can look forward to the premiere of local Tamil drama fantasy series Project Karma, a Vinmeen Exclusive series. Directed by local filmmaker, Mitchell R Chantheran, Project Karma will premiere on 31 July, 9pm on Astro Vinmeen (Ch 202) via TV, Astro GO and On Demand.

Project Karma features popular as well as emerging local talents such as Parvin Nair, Martin R. Chantheran, Rupini Krishnan, Sara Baskin, Pushpa Narayanan and more, and is the debut series for the leads Parvin Nair and Martin R. Chantheran. 16-episode series is about Arul Dass, a lawyer who is diagnosed with a rare terminal illness, and is required to race against time to effectively impact the lives of strangers in exchange for a cure for his illness. He almost loses hope after his diagnosis but comes across a stranger known as Mr. K who is Karma in human form. Mr. K informs Arul Dass that his accumulated bad karma is the primary reason for his diagnosis, and offers him a solution. If Arul Dass positively impacts strangers lives and balances their karmic scales, his illness will be retracted - whether Arul Dass follows the solution offered by Mr. K or otherwise forms the crux of the story.
