
Diversified has appointed Tyler Affolter as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead the company's commercial organisation. The appointment follows the firm's focus on integrating media, workplace, and digital experience technologies.
In this role, Affolter will oversee Diversified's global commercial strategy, focusing on the growth of its media, collaboration, and digital signage businesses. He is tasked with aligning the company's go-to-market strategy with its engineering, delivery, and services capabilities to support its work in media-rich environments and expand lifecycle support.

Affolter has over 20 years of experience in enterprise revenue leadership within project-based and managed services organisations. Prior to this role, he managed a global practice at NTT Data, covering product lifecycles from concept and development through to delivery and transformation. His background also includes leadership positions at Verizon Business, Lumen Technologies, and AT&T, where he worked in cloud, infrastructure, security, networking, and managed services.
