Ianiro Introduces Tablet Sized LED Panel

The new Apurture Amaran HR672C portable LED panel is the same size as a 10 tablet and weighs less than an Apple iPad 4. Consisting of 672 embedded LEDs, its exceptional 4636.8 lumen brightness (equivalent to a 400w tungsten light) is matched by a very high CRI score of 95, indicating excellent colour response. The light is distributed in Europe by Ianiro International.

As well as being low weight, the HR672C is only 32mm in thickness, approximately 33% thinner than common LED video lights. This small size make it an ideal location unit for interviews and lighting small studios or sets.

For its size and price, the Amaran packs a huge number of features and delivers very bright and very accurate light. There are very few compromises: the light is flicker-free, runs cool and silent, and even comes supplied with a remote control, batteries and integrated charger. The Amaran uses rechargeable lithium batteries and can be powered directly by an AC adapter. Batteries are even recharged on-board when the HR672 is being powered by the included adapter. The light also ships with a white diffusion filter, bracket and carry case.

Innovative features include wireless control at distances of up-to 100m: users can fully control the brightness and colour temperature between 3200K and 5500K. Use of multiple channels and wireless groups ensure that several different lights can be controlled from a single remote without interference.
