Greetings from Amsterdam! The Paywizard team have just arrived for IBC 2017 and are more excited than ever to take part as exhibitors during the shows 50th birthday. It's been a busy few months for us, and we almost can't believe IBC has come around again so quickly.
With recent new partnership and client announcements, a lot has changed since last year and Paywizard will be showcasing many new things for visitors to the show. From our predictive churn analytics and rich insights into viewing behaviours, to our targeted UX solution for OTT providers and our brand-new Pay-Per-View (PPV) solution, Venue there's a lot to come and see at the Paywizard Booth.
Targeted UX for OTT Providers Our new partnership with Massive Interactive brings a targeted UX for OTT providers across each Decision Moment. The solution uses data insight and predictive analytics to drive targeted experiences for customers. Combining Paywizard Agile and Massive AXIS allows OTT providers to increase acquisition, grow ARPU and reduce churn by providing the right content, offers and assistance to the right users at the right time. This will be showcased for the first time at IBC 2017, with meetings, demos and a Facebook live about the partnership. Venue: a new approach to PPV
Just this week, Paywizard and Ostmodern launched Venue, the new joint solution for PPV. Paywizard and Ostmodern have 20 years pay-per-view experience and are specialists in managing and delivering free-to-air and paid PPV events for live sports, media and entertainment. Venue allows operators to build lasting relationships with their customers for the first time and is a full, end-to-end solution. Exclusive new research We love to carry out research at Paywizard and are currently involved in a project to understand how traditional broadcasters, content owners and OTT providers are using customer data and analytics to drive personalised marketing campaigns and engagement strategies. So far, we've completed the European part of the research and are beginning to look into other regions.
