Eureka! We Have a New Knowledge Base and So Can You

After a period of wandering aimlessly through the darkness, night has made way to a new dawn. In other words, Tightrope has a new knowledge base check it out! You can navigate to this fabulous new resource any time you need it via the support section on our website.

Keeping up with the Ropers

Tired of feeling like the last one to hear about our latest updates, bug fixes, and cool new features? Now you can stay on top of the conversation with notifications for updates you care about most. Subscribe to individual articles or get a ping for everything, it's all up to you!

We're Shedding Light in the Abyss and You Can Join the Conversation

Unlike some knowledge bases, which can feel like searching for a needle in a haystack, we have several features designed to help you find exactly what you need. The articles are separated by product and subcategory, advanced search capabilities help you yield the most relevant results, and for when you're not quite sure what you're looking for, the front page links to all our featured updates and posts with the most engagement from other users. Weigh in on the conversation by rating or commenting on articles you find useful (or sometimes not-so-useful) and easily save the ones you use most as a PDF so they're at the ready when you need them.

Getting on the Same Page

Not everyone talks about technology the same way and while we always try to meet you somewhere in the middle, we have another new tool that can help. We've added a glossary of terms for you to reference, which can help you navigate smarter through our UIs. It can also expedite the process if you have to make a call to our support team.

So give the knowledge base a spin today. You never know what kind of aha!' moments you could have. Knowledge is power.
