Riedel Showcases Next Advances in IP-Based Production at NAB 2026MediorNet HorizoN ST 2110 MultiViewer App, SmartPanel Commentary Control App, and StageLink NSA-008A Network Streaming Adapter expand Riedel's IP-native ecosystem

Riedel Communications today introduced a series of new solutions at NAB Show 2026 that advance IP-based production workflows across video, audio, and communications. With the launch of the MediorNet HorizoN ST 2110 MultiViewer App, the Commentary Control App for 1200 Series Desktop SmartPanels, and the StageLink NSA-008A Network Streaming Adapter, Riedel is further advancing its transition toward IP-native production architectures. Together, these solutions reinforce a unified approach across video, production audio, and communications, enabling more consistent, scalable, and future-proof system design.

Introducing the MediorNet HorizoN ST 2110 MultiViewer App, Riedel brings its established multiviewer technology into fully native SMPTE ST 2110 infrastructures. Running as a software application on the HorizoN platform, the solution integrates monitoring directly into the processing layer of IP-based systems. This approach allows facilities to incorporate multiviewing as part of their IP core architecture while maintaining continuity with Riedel's proven multiviewer workflows and supporting a smooth transition from baseband and hybrid systems to full IP infrastructures. Within this architecture, the application combines SMPTE ST 2110 video, audio, and ancillary data handling with NMOS-based control and high-density processing of up to 128 PiPs and 16 heads in a single 1 RU device.

The new Commentary Control App for the 1200 Series Desktop SmartPanel brings fully IP native, modern commentary workflows to the SmartPanel platform, tightly integrated with the Artist-1024 intercom ecosystem. As the latest of five SmartPanel applications, it extends the platform's multifunctional concept and represents the first commentary solution that can also operate as an intercom panel, audio monitoring interface, or control panel - all within a single, compact device. Featuring a modern, intuitive user interface and a flexible layout that adapts seamlessly to simple or advanced productions, the application reduces operational complexity for talents while built in remote control and monitoring capabilities make full use of modern, network-based production environments.

Rounding out the announcement is the StageLink NSA-008A, Riedel's latest smart edge device designed to provide flexible audio connectivity within IP-based infrastructures. Supporting SMPTE ST 2110-30 and NMOS standards, the NSA-008A offers broadcast-quality audio interfacing with six universal inputs and six universal outputs in a single 1RU device. Building on the established StageLink concept, this IO box enables seamless integration of microphones, line-level sources, and AES3 signals into production audio and brand independent intercom IP networks, with integrated control when used in Artist and Bolero systems.
