Space42's debut at CommunicAsia 2025 to demonstrate advances in satellite communications, Earth observation, and high-altitude connectivity tailored for Asia-Pacific markets
Abu Dhabi, UAE 21 May 2025 Space42 (ADX: SPACE42), the UAE-based AI-powered SpaceTech company, will present its latest innovations at CommunicAsia 2025 from May 27 to 29 at Singapore Expo. The company is set to highlight technologies that enable smarter maritime operations, agricultural forecasting, remote sensing, and disaster response across the Asia-Pacific region.
Space42's participation builds on more than a decade of experience serving the Asia-Pacific market through its legacy company, Yahsat. Following the merger between Bayanat and Yahsat that formed Space42 in 2024, the company is expanding its regional partnerships and delivering integrated solutions that combine satellite communications and AI-powered geospatial analytics.
Space42 will also host a Partner Forum on May 26 at the Mandarin Oriental, Singapore. The session will bring together regional partners to showcase how satellite communications and AI technologies can drive infrastructure growth and expand connectivity across Asia-Pacific.

Satellite communications: Live demonstrations of the Thuraya 4 satellite system, including the MarineStar terminal and XT-Lite device, offering secure, reliable maritime connectivity across key shipping routes.
Earth observation applications: Use cases from Space42's Foresight-1 and Foresight-2 satellites and GIQ platform, focusing on dark vessel detection, oil spill monitoring, and agricultural analytics, with a special focus on Malaysia and Indonesia.
High-Altitude Platform Systems (HAPS): Introduction of Mira Aerospace's solutions for persistent remote sensing and communications in underserved regions, supporting disaster management and remote infrastructure monitoring.
Smart mobility and infrastructure monitoring: Digital Twin case studies from the UAE, illustrating how AI and geospatial analytics are enhancing airport safety and urban mobility.
