Na sess o ao vivo do NexTV South America, Raul Lucas, Diretor S nior para Contas-Chave nas Am ricas da NAGRA, juntamente com Juan Carlos Urrego, L der de Inova o de Produtos da Claro Col mbia, trouxeram ao p blico participante do evento os detalhes que permitiram Claro, com a solu o OpenTV Video Platform, da NAGRA, agregar todos os servi os de v deo e entretenimento em uma nica interface de usu rio (UI).
A parceria deu origem ao Claro Box TV, que deixou de fazer parte do imagin rio do assinante do servi o para oferecer a ele a experi ncia de encontrar todos os acessos em um s lugar, em um s dispositivo, com funcionalidades avan adas de v deo, suporte multiscreen, assist ncia de voz por controle remoto, servi os de terceiros integrados, como Netflix, inclusive em acordos de cobran a da operadora para recebimento de uma nica fatura.
Entre os desafios para o desenvolvimento do produto, o mais significativo, segundo Lucas, foi o tempo para disponibilizar a solu o OpenTV Video Platform e integrar os servi os dentro das necessidades da Claro, o que se deu em apenas tr s meses. O ecossistema foi implantado a um sistema operativo Android TV e isso em raz o da interface do usu rio e da possibilidade de vincular ferramentas e servi os que, verdadeiramente, transformam a experi ncia do consumidor, de forma que ele encontre tudo em um s lugar .
Ter um ecossistema mais amplo e mais flex vel permite maximizar a experi ncia do usu rio e complementar a oferta de televis o e o acesso linear com aplicativos que permitem aos operadores compreender melhor o assinante, o que interessa aos usu rios, quais dispositivos, quais conte dos, como eles fazem uso disso, como se d o consumo, de maneira a proporcionar uma jornada aprimorada, muito mais completa , ressalta Urrego. Nesse sentido, para Lucas, tudo gera entorno de como entender melhor o cliente. preciso oferecer ao assinante o que ele quer, e para isso preciso saber seus gostos e prefer ncias. Para o operador, isso representa uma necessidade absoluta, j que significa um certo investimento, inclusive na compra de conte do para disponibiliz -lo ao assinante ou a grupos espec ficos de assinantes , refor a Lucas.
