Big Brother Mzansi (BBMzansi) has responded to viewers who are threatening to report the show to the Broadcasting Complaints Commission of South Africa (BCCSA).

This comes after an incident that transpired on Friday morning wherein two contestants are discussing having sexual intercourse with their fellow female housemates who are under the influence of alcohol.

BBMZANSI' VIEWERS THREATEN TO WRITE TO THE BCCSA The two contestants in question are Lindokuhle Bravo B Nsele and Tshepo Makhekhe Tau.

According to the Criminal Law Sexual Offences and Related Matters Amendment Act, consent is not present if a person is asleep, intoxicated, mentally incapable of understanding the act, or below the age of consent.

As a result, viewers are calling for Bravo B and Makhekhe to be evicted from BBMzansi house.

How does one file a complaint to the BCCSA?? We can't let this slide BBMzansi, said one X user.

Big brother must make sure that he disqualify makhekhe and Bravo with immediate effect..we give him till Sunday otherwise we report him to BCCSA we can't be having rapists on the show..we can never let history repeat itself, another said.

In 2015, a male contestant was removed from BBMzansi over a sexual assault claim by a fellow housemate. Siyanda Ngwenya, known as Adams, was reportedly accused of assaulting a fellow housemate while she was asleep - TimesLIVE reported.

THE INCIDENT IS UNDER INVESTIGATION In response to the incident, BBMzansi revealed that the incident is being investigated.

We are aware of the incident that transpired in the early hours of this morning in the Big Brother Mzansi house. We are currently investigating this matter and will provide an update in due course.
