Raycom Sports has been honored with three Midsouth Regional Emmy Awards by the Nashville/Midsouth Chapter of The National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences.
Raycom had nine nominations overall in six categories, including four of the five nominated pieces in the Sports Program Feature category where Raycom's feature, Ever Faithful The Resurrection of UAB Football, took home the trophy.
For the fourth time in the last five years, Raycom won the Emmy Award for Sports Event/Game, with the 2016 ACC Tournament Championship while The Red Bandanna won the Documentary/Historical Emmy Award.

Charlotte-based Raycom Sports is a leading independent sports sales and marketing, syndication, event management, and production firm. Raycom is the current syndicated television rightsholder of ACC men's basketball and football telecasts through 2027.
In a partnership with the ACC, Raycom operates the ACC Network, which distributes ACC content through live television broadcasting, original programming via digital technologies, historical archives, mobile applications, social media, ACC Championship events and the official ACC website.
Raycom Sports' parent company Raycom Media, located in Montgomery, Alabama, owns and operates 62 television stations covering over 14% of the United States across 20 states.
