As the World Leaders in Sonic Branding, Stephen Arnold Music also believes strongly in reinforcing their own brand. Their latest project, What's Printed Where, is drawing attention for not just for how it sounds, but for its unique visual presentation as well.
The latest in a series of limited edition vinyl releases from Stephen Arnold Music, What's Printed Where takes transparency to the next level. It consists of a clear vinyl record in a transparent sleeve that's printed with a yellow image, and slides into an album cover that's also clear, but printed with the same image in blue ink. The two images combined turn green, emphasizing the playfulness of the LP.
The blended image is an updated picture of Stephen Arnold Music's original sonically- branded woman with a shaved head dubbed Mary, now sporting pink ear buds. For those recipients who lack turntables, a credit card jump drive has been slipped into the LP jacket featuring the latest music from Stephen Arnold Music's creative reel.

We believe taking the time and effort to brand ourselves shows that we understand, first-hand, how important branding is.
Partnering On Design:
Stephen Arnold music teamed up again with the Dallas-based creative agency Rucker & Co to create What's Printed Where. The company had previously collaborated on projects such as S.A.M. I AM, a limited-edition vinyl album with eye-catching stereo 3D cover art featuring a musical robot.
This is a stunning promotional piece - we've never seen something like this before, where you have a transparent vinyl album within a transparent album cover, says Doug Rucker, Creative Director of Rucker & Co. Historically, we did more press checking on this one project than all others combined, just to make sure that all of our ideas were possible. That included finding a specialized printer that could print UV inks on plastic, and also have the hand skills to create the covers properly. Each cover is handmade in Dallas, and the vinyl was all pressed in California.
The collection of songs is part of a world-class catalog assembled by Stephen Arnold Music for clients including China Central Television (CCTV), Golf Channel Ryder Cup, Golf Films, ESPN Deportes, CNN Tonight, CNN International - World Sport, World Fishing Network, and the launch of Sam2 Media Artists. The company's work has been central to the identity of such clients as Nexstar Broadcasting, Fox Business Channel, CNN, The Weather Channel, CCTV, and a full 35% of all US local TV markets.
