CINEMARK PRESENTS BEST OF the BEST CLAIC SERIES FILMS

Highest Attended Classics Series Films Will Return to Cinemark Theatres in May and June

Plano, TX, May 19, 2014 - Cinemark Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: CNK), one of the worlds largest motion picture exhibitors is pleased to announce that the next Classic Series will feature the Best of The Best classic films that were the most highly requested and attended since the series began in 2012.

The six films include Back To The Future, Raiders of the Lost Ark, Saturday Night Fever, Dirty Dancing, The Godfather and The Godfather Part II. Presented in May and June in over 150 Cinemark, Century and Rave theatres across the country, these digitally restored movies will be scheduled to play Sundays at 2:00 pm and Wednesdays at 2:00 and 7:00 pm.

Since we began our Classic Series two years ago, weve been able to exhibit many fan favorites, states James Meredith, VP, Head of Marketing & Communications for Cinemark. By popular demand, we are bringing back these six movies for well-deserved repeat performances. Theres no better way to experience these wonderful movies than on the big screen, as they were meant to be enjoyed.

As a special feature for this set of Classics Series films, Cinemark locations will be showing The Godfather and The Godfather Part II together on the same dates so that customers can see them back to back. Each theatre presenting the series will play The Godfather at 2pm followed by The Godfather Part II at 7pm on both Sunday, June 22 and Wednesday, June 25. Guests who purchase a ticket for The Godfather will be invited to enjoy The Godfather Part II on the same evening at no additional cost.

Individual tickets for Cinemarks Classics Series are now available at www.cinemark.com or at the participating theatres box office. A bundled ticket option is available for $30 for all six movies. Saturday Night Fever (1977) R Sunday, June 8 at 2pm, and Wednesday, June 11 at 2pm and 7pm

Dirty Dancing (1987) PG-13 Sunday, June 15 at 2pm, and Wednesday, June 18 at 2pm and 7pm

The Godfather (1972) R Sunday, June 22 at 2pm, and Wednesday, June 25 at 2pm

The Godfather Part II (1974) R Sunday, June 22 at 7pm, and Wednesday, June 25 at 7pm
