AJA and Avid developed Avid Artist DNxIP, a new Media Composer user interface Based on the new standard Io IP, Avid Artist DNxIP admits workflows of high speed frame, deep color and high dynamic range.

AJA Video Systems and Avid they have worked hand in hand to develop Avid Artist DNxIP, a new hardware interface for users of Avid Media Composer that supports workflows of high speed frame, deep color and high dynamic range.

This solution allows the transfer of HD video over networks, with local monitoring of high quality by means of 3 G-SDI and HDMI 2.0.

Based on the new standard Io IP, Avid Artist DNxIP is designed tailored according to the specifications of Avid and includes an XLR audio input on the front of the device for microphone or sources. Harnesses the power of Thunderbolt 3 to facilitate the entry and output video / audio HD / SD quick and easy from / to IP networks. Account with two Thunderbolt 3 ports for Daisy-chaining and two SFP + for routing of audio and video over GigE IP networks. Aluminum portable device also supports SMPTE 2022-6 video uncompressed, audio and data over IP Vancouver, as well as SMPTE 2022-7 for protection from redundancy.
