Avid ha lanzado hoy un despliegue de nuevos productos sin precedentes en su mayor lanzamiento en una edici n de IBC. Avid, determinada a superar los retos m s acuciantes del sector mediante una plataforma conectada a nivel mundial y una infraestructura en la nube que abre las puertas a un nuevo mundo de rendimiento de medios y rentabilidad, ha ampliado su cartera l der del sector con una nueva suite de producci n y una experiencia de usuario para MediaCentral, la nueva familia de servidores de v deo 4K/IP de ltima generaci n FastServe de Avid y la familia de gr ficos ampliada Maestro, entre otros anuncios, que incluyen soluciones, herramientas y servicios basados en la nube.
Con la ayuda de las herramientas, los servicios y la plataforma MediaCentral (la plataforma dise ada para medios m s abierta, m s estrechamente integrada y ampliable del sector), los clientes de Avid pasan de entornos cerrados a abiertos, de flujos de trabajo lineales a din micos, de productos aislados a soluciones integradas, de operaciones en silos a equipos creativos conectados.
Abordamos estas novedades empezando por su suite de producci n de medios de ltima generaci n. MediaCentral permite desde los flujos de trabajo m s sencillos a los m s complejos para notificas, deportes y posproducci n para conectar a todos los usuarios en un entorno de flujos de trabajo completamente integrado con una visi n unificada de todos sus medios. La suite de producci n MediaCentral, completamente personalizable y modular, ofrece una experiencia de usuario innovadora basada en la nube; m dulos y aplicaciones de flujos de trabajo para gesti n editorial, de producci n, noticias, gr ficos y activos; y una amplia gama de servicios de medios y conexiones entre socios.
Por su parte, MediaCentral Cloud UX cuenta ahora con una interfaz gr fica de usuario orientada a tareas y f cil de utilizar, disponible para todo el que se conecte a la plataforma.
Avid ha destacado tambi n en IBC los servicios que ofrece en la nube bajo Microsoft Azure para gesti n de noticias, publicaciones y activos.
En lo que a la innovaciones de Media Composer se refiere, Avid ha estrenado MediaCentral Panel para Media Composer, Media Composer Cloud VM y Media Composer Cloud Remote para una mayor flexibilidad de implantaci n.
En el rea de grafismo, podemos ver las posibilidad de la familia Maestro, ahora con una mayor integraci n con MediaCentral , permitiendo a los creadores de contenidos trabajar de forma m s r pida y eficiente y ayud ndoles a que se distinga su marca, diferenci ndose de la competencia y generando la lealtad del espectador.
Media Central
Las soluciones MediaCentral para posproducci n permiten que equipos creativos de tama o peque o y mediano mejoren su colaboraci n y ejecuten sus mejores trabajos de la forma m s r pida y tambi n m s eficiente con 4K as como con otros formatos exigentes.
Para noticias, agilizan la producci n de noticias de ltima hora en cada una de las plataformas de consumidores y acelera todos los aspectos de sus flujos de trabajo de producci n de medios.
En entornos deportivos, ofrece a emisores y localizaciones de deportes herramientas para facilitar la emisi n de contenidos en UHD con gr ficos 2D y 3D, en televisi n y en la amplia gama de dispositivos que utilizan los aficionados al deporte en la actualidad para seguir a sus equipos.
En msterdam, Avid ha presentado tambi n Artist DNxIV, un perif rico que ofrece una amplia gama de I/O digitales y anal gicos para conectar las producciones de medios tan diversas que existen actualmente, trabajando con una gran variedad de software de gr ficos, efectos visuales, audio y edici n de video profesional de Avid y de terceros.
Servidores
Por ltimo, en cuanto a los servidores Nexis, el nuevo Nexis Pro ofrece una capacidad de almacenamiento que alcanza ya los 160 TB (el doble de su capacidad anterior) facilitando a las peque as postproducciones las ventajas de facilidad de uso, seguridad y rendimiento que disfrutan los clientes de Avid Nexis de mayor tama o.
Por su parte, Avid Nexis E2 soporta ahora unidades SSD para ofrecer el rendimiento extremo que se exige cuando se trabaja con m ltiples flujos de medios de resoluci n ultra alta en tiempo real. Adem s, los sistemas Nexis Enterprise de Avid ahora alcanzan 4.8 PB de almacenamiento bruto, aprovechando los nuevos packs de medios de 100 TB.
Partiendo del amplio legado de los servidores de v deo l deres en el sector AirSpeed y PlayMaker, la familia Avid FastServe est estrechamente integrada dentro de la plataforma MediaCentral de Avid, formando parte del flujo de trabajo UHD/4K m s completo del sector.
