Neue Lagerbauart Toroidalrollenlager FAG-TORB in X-life Qualit t - Hohe Betriebssicherheit bei schwersten Belastungen
Mit dem FAG-Toroidalrollenlager TORB stellt Schaeffler zur Hannover Messe 2015 eine neue Lagerbauart vor. Es handelt sich dabei um ein winkeleinstellbares Rollenlager in X-life-Qualit t. Das einreihige W lzlager verf gt ber lange, leicht ballige Rollen. Damit vereint es die Winkeleinstellbarkeit eines Pendelrollenlagers mit der axialen Verschiebbarkeit eines Zylinderrollen- oder Nadellagers. Aufgrund des Ausgleichs der axialen Verschiebung innerhalb des Toroidalrollenlagers treten nur sehr geringe, vernachl ssigbare Reibkr fte auf. Mit TORB lassen sich die Betriebssicherheit und Wirtschaftlichkeit einer Fest-Los-Lagerung signifikant steigern. Das Programm der FAG-Toroidalrollenlager TORB besteht aus acht Reihen.
FAG TORB - Das ideale Loslagerkonzept
Aufgrund temperaturbedingter L ngenausdehnung und Fluchtungsfehler kommt der Loslagerausf hrung eine besondere Bedeutung zu. FAG-Toroidalrollenlager TORB erweisen sich, in Verbindung mit einem Pendelrollenlager als Festlager, als ideale Loslager. Dabei werden gr ere Tragzahlen bzw. ein kleinerer Bauraum als bei einer herk mmlichen Fest-Los-Lagerung erreicht.
FAG-Toroidalrollenlager TORB gleichen im Lager zwischen Laufbahnen und Rollk rpern gro e axiale L ngen nderungen aus. Selbst bei gr eren Axialverschiebungen werden die Rollenreihen im festlagerseitigen Pendelrollenlager symmetrisch belastet. TORB d mpft die axiale Schwingung des gesamten Lagersystems. Dies f hrt zu einer geringeren Beanspruchung des Pendelrollenlagers, was sich wiederum positiv auf die Lebensdauer des gesamten Lagersystems auswirkt. Diese kann sich mehr als verdoppeln, wobei die Gesamtbetriebskosten (TCO) dank halbierter Stillstandzeiten und reduzierter Instandhaltungskosten sinken.
Eine volle Austauschbarkeit der bisher verwendeten Lager ist gegeben, da TORB-Lager in den gleichen ISO-Ma reihen und -Gr en gefertigt werden, wie als Loslager zum Einsatz kommende Pendel- oder Zylinderrollenlager.
Zwei Ausf hrungen f r sehr hohe Tragf higkeit
Toroidalrollenlager gibt es in zwei Ausf hrungen, vollrollig und als Lager mit K fig. Sie bieten bei geringem Bauraum eine sehr hohe radiale Tragf higkeit, auch wenn Schiefstellungen oder Axialverschiebungen auszugleichen sind. Besonders hoch ist dabei die Tragf higkeit der vollrolligen Ausf hrung mit dem Nachsetzzeichen V.
Die konkav ausgef hrten Laufbahnen im Innen- und Au enring liegen zentrisch zur Lagermitte. Die aufeinander abgestimmten Laufbahnprofile stellen dabei eine optimale Spannungsverteilung im Lager sowie einen reibungsarmen Lauf sicher. Die Rollen sind selbstf hrend, d.h. sie nehmen selbstt tig immer die Stellung ein, bei der die Last exakt ber die Rollenl nge verteilt ist. Dies gilt auch, wenn die Ringe gegeneinander verschoben oder schiefgestellt sind.
FAG-Toroidalrollenlager TORB zeichnen sich durch eine hohe Betriebszuverl ssigkeit und eine lange Gebrauchsdauer aus. Sie sind als Standard bis zu einer Betriebstemperatur von 200 C ma stabil. Die vollrollige Variante mit dem Nachsetzzeichen V kommt dank ihrer hohen Tragf higkeit u.a. in Stranggie anlagen zum Einsatz.
Neben Stahl- und Walzwerken sind weitere Haupteinsatzbereiche F rder- und Bandanlagen, Papiermaschinen (z.B. in Trockenzylindern), Schiffsantriebe, Str mungsmaschinen in der Energieerzeugung (z.B. in Ventilatoren), Textilmaschinen, Brecher, Maschinen zur Nahrungsmittelverarbeitung sowie landwirtschaftliche Maschinen.
