Day one of The SVG Summit this year will feature a wide range of workshops on day one - Monday, Dec. 16. Workshops will address Women's Sports Production, Live Production, Content Management, and Monetizing Video Production. Don't miss this busy morning of action as The SVG Summit kicks off with a bang.

SVG's annual Summit kicks off with the SVGW Meet-Up networking and inspiration for women in the sports production community. Join us for coffee as well as a panel discussion featuring leading women in the industry discussing the future of technology and production. SVGW is networking group that aims to enhance the role of women in the creation, production, and distribution of sports content. SVGW members are integral to the overall Sports Video Group community, and work for sports leagues, teams, television networks, technology companies, and start-ups where their focus is the business and technology behind sports production.

Women's sports is not just having a moment it has become a movement. Join us for the Women's Sports Workshop focused on the growth of women's sports, why women's sports programming will continue to become more popular and more of a marketing force, and how the gap between coverage of men's and women's sports is closing fast.

For those looking to dive into the latest developments in live sports production the Live Production Workshop will definitely be worth a visit as it will begin with a one-hour discussion featuring leading vendors and broadcasters about the current state of IP and, more specifically, ST-2110 and the work that still needs to occur to make IP networks easier to transition to, operate, and maintain.

Join us for the annual Content Management Workshop at Day 1 of The SVG Summit. Learn about the latest developments in media-asset-management (MAM) and orchestration, archive and storage technology, and cloud-based infrastructure and workflows. MAM leaders from major broadcasters and rights-holders, leagues, teams, and vendors offer first-hand perspectives and behind-the-curtain looks at their respective workflows. This workshop is a can't-miss event for anyone looking to build an efficient media-management and storage/archiving ecosystem, as well as to stay up-to-date on the latest technological developments in areas such as AI and ML, virtualization, next-gen storage, and more.

As part of its new program offerings at this year's SVG Summit, the SVG editorial team in cooperation with Chris Wagner, Founder and Managing Partner of OTT Advisors, is launching a workshop dedicated to how new technologies are positively driving revenue for teams, leagues and broadcasters. The Monetizing Video Production (MVP) Workshop, with Veritone as its lead sponsor, will take place at 10 a.m. - 12:30 pm on the morning of Dec. 16 in the Nassau Suite on the 2nd floor of the New York Hilton.
