dB Broadcast Unveils Latest Upgrades at BroadcastAsia05

Cambridgeshire, UK - dB Broadcast will be at BroadcastAsia2015 in Singapore this year, and will be discussing its latest innovative product enhancements at Stand 5E2-04. Well known as one of the UK's leading systems integrators, dB supplies customers in Asia with its broadcasting products for signal acquisition and monitoring.

This year, dB Broadcast's product enhancements for DVB-T2 include upgrades to the Hawkeye IQDBT105 modular receiver and the MERlin 1RU monitoring receiver, which both now support the latest DVB-T2 standard, version 1.3.1. dB has been one of the leading suppliers of DVB-T2 monitoring receivers from the first network deployments in Europe, and is now bringing the benefits of this experience to customers in Asia where DVB-T2 v1.3.1 is being widely adopted for digital terrestrial television (DTT) roll out.

The Hawkeye modular range has now been expanded to include the IQASI25 low cost ASI switched distribution amplifier with 2 inputs and 5 outputs, and the IQSDA10 ASI distribution amplifier with 1 input and 7 outputs. These modules are fully integrated into the Snell IQ Modular range and the RollCall control and monitoring system.

These new products are available immediately and result from listening to customer feedback.

Technical Specialist Mark Barnes will be on Stand 5E2-04 and is looking forward to meeting visitors to discuss their technical broadcasting challenges.
