En NAB 2016, Sapec dar a conocer los ltimos avances en su l nea de codificadores y decodificadores para SD o HD Avantos. Pensados para broadcasters, telcos y proveedores de servicio, ofrecen soporte para compresi n HEVC/H.265 y ahora, especialmente pensando en redes de contribuci n, ha mejorado su eficiencia reduciendo a la mitad el ancho de banda.
As , con la nueva actualizaci n, la l nea Avantos dar soporte Main 4:2:2 Profile (8/10 bits) para compresi n HEVC a la par que abre nuevas posibilidades en la distribuci n de v deo con latencia secundaria end-to-end.

Con la ltima actualizaci n, somos uno de los primeros proveedores del mundo con una soluci n encoding/decoding totalmente HEVC para Main 4:2:2 Profile. Sin duda, esta mejora supone un hito importante en nuestra hoja de ruta para ofrecer a nuestros clientes el estado del arte en cuanto a tecnolog a de contribuci n .
Con esta actualizaci n en la l nea Avantos, Sapec contar ahora con los siguientes productos: encoder VHE5210 y decoder VHD5210 para v deo HD video, encoder VSE5210 y decoder VSD5210 para entornos SD. Gracias al soporte para HEVC, el sistema est preparado para distribuir con un ahorro del 35% en el ancho de banda en comparaci n con la generaci n anterior H.264, con un potencial de hasta el 50%. As , los usuarios podr n contar con una mayor calidad de v deo con el mismo bit-rate o reducir el ancho manteniendo la calidad, con el consiguiente ahorro de costes.
Las soluciones Avantos incluyen entradas/salidas HD-SDI/SDI para v deo y soporte para audio AES embebido. En cuanto a soporte Main 4:2:2, la l nea Avantos soporta perfiles Main y Main-10 para HD (720p y 1080i) y SD (480i, 575i), as como compresi n MPEG-2 y H.264 (opcional). En lo que audio se refiere, los Avantos ofrecen posibilidades de compresi n de streams en MPEG-1, AAC, y Dolby AC3 y EAC3.
Esta actualizaci n de Avantos estar disponible a lo largo de este trimestre. Los clientes que cuenten con estos sistemas podr n actualizarlos remotamente mediante firmware y licensing.
