La pel cula ser una visi n renovada del film israel Big Bad Wolves (Aharon Keshales y Navot Papushado, 2013), cinta alabada en su d a por Quentin Tarantino como mejor pel cula del a o y ganadora del premio a la mejor direcci n en Sitges entre numerosos festivales internacionales.

Adriana Ugarte, Javier Guti rrez and Rub n Ochandiano protagonizan esta dura historia de venganza y atroces cr menes sin resolver, en la que los personajes se mueven al filo de la ley. Junto a ellos, Juana Acosta, Manu Vega y Antonio Dechent completan el reparto principal de la pel cula

En la pel cula, un polic a al borde de la ley y una mujer en busca de venganza, cruzan sus caminos obsesionados con descubrir al asesino que se esconde tras los brutales cr menes de varias ni as. Ambos est n dispuestos a hacer lo que sea necesario para lograr su confesi n, aunque para ello tengan que tomarse la justicia por su mano. Una mod lica detective luchar contra el reloj evitar que se cometan errores irreparables y que esa desesperada b squeda de la verdad se convierta en el m s feroz de los lobos.

Lobo feroz es una producci n de Bowfinger International Pictures, con Mar a Luisa Guti rrez al frente, responsable de las pel culas m s taquilleras en Espa a de los ltimos a os (Padre no hay m s que uno y Padre no hay m s que uno 2) y Lobo Feroz AIE, en coproducci n con la empresa uruguaya Mother Superior liderada por el reconocid simo Ignacio Cucucovich (La Casa Muda), Film Shark de Guido Rud, Esto Tambi n Pasar de Alvaro Ariza y Basque Films con Carlos Juarez (que recogi en Toronto el Premio del P blico en la Secci n Midnight Madness con El hoyo)

El rodaje llega a Andaluc a de la mano del coproductor gaditano de la ecuaci n, lvaro Ariza with Esto tambi n pasar (La Casa del Caracol). Un rodaje que, tomando San Fernando como base de operaciones con la estrecha colaboraci n del ayuntamiento de la ciudad, se desarrolla en diversos puntos de la provincia con localizaciones en San Fernando, Barbate, Vejer de la Frontera, Chiclana, Sancti Petri o la propia ciudad de C diz. El rodaje ha contado con el apoyo de la Diputaci n de C diz.

En la coproducci n, que cuenta con participaci n de Netflix, encontramos tambi n a Film Shark, que se encargar de las ventas internacionales. Lobo feroz llegar a los cines de toda Espa a la pr xima temporada.
