London, UK - February 17, 2016: At Broadcast Video Expo (BVE) 2016, Aspera, an IBM company and creator of technologies that move the world's data at maximum speed, will be showcasing its high-speed file transfer software and automation solutions at stand F20 in addition to sharing its expertise in cloud-based workflows during a series of conference sessions.
At stand F20, Aspera will showcase its complete portfolio of high-speed file transfer software and automation solutions for the broadcast and media industries, including the revolutionary new SaaS platform, Aspera Files. Built on Aspera's FASP transport technology, Aspera Files enables any organisation, small to large, to establish a branded web-based presence for the fast, easy and secure exchange and delivery of any size file-based media or data between end users across separate organisations, combining multiple storage platforms. Aspera Files offers:
A simple, new way to send and share - A simple, intuitive user experience coupled with your own branded web application and the ability to instantly share and exchange large files and folders within named Workspaces.
Fast and reliable transfers of the biggest data- Share multi-gigabyte files and multi-terabyte data sets across global distances quickly, reliably and securely.
Storage and transfer of your data from anywhere to anywhere - Store and share your data directly from any on-premises, cloud, or hybrid infrastructure using built-in servers and storage, any leading third party cloud storage, or on-premises storage, with direct transfer via Aspera software.
Complete security and data privacy - The most advanced security system provides a multi-tenant secure authorization and access control system coupled with encryption over the wire and at rest to safeguard your data.
Aspera will also showcase its new 3.6 FASP transport software, a major new release including multiple new capabilities and advanced features:
